The Dallas Skyline at night – a Panorama from Southwest Dallas

June 18, 2013

Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Dallas and shoot for a client. On the way up, I passed one of the most beautiful Texas Wildflower fields I’ve ever witnesses – an endless pasture of golden sunflowers (see the image here: Sunflower Field Happiness. I stopped to scout out this area just south of Waxahachie, Texas, and knew I’d return in the next few days.

On my way, I ran into the horrendous traffic that Dallas is known for at rush hour. Eventually, I made my way to the location and enjoyed a great view of the Dallas Skyline. This Dallas Skyline panorama offers a glimpse of the iconic Reunion Tower, Fountain Place, Renaissance Tower, the Bank of America Plaza, as well as many others, including the always colorful Omni Hotel. This image of the Dallas skyline was captured shortly after sunset after the lights of downtown Dallas began to light up the evening sky.

From Southwest of downtown Dallas, the this Dallas Skyline Panorama features the iconic Reunion Tower, as well as many other skyscrapers.
